TEHACHAPI, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office has identified the man killed in an accident in Tehachapi on Tuesday.

Skjonning Kevin Verigan was killed when his vehicle collided with another on Highway 202.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the 39-year-old Verigan's vehicle collided with another in the area of Highway 202 and Reeves Street just after 5 a.m.
Verigan was declared dead at the scene.
