Peyton Simental, a three month old baby, was found unresponsive at his home on October 06, 2017. 

Peyton was taken to the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Emergency Room and then later to Children's Hospital Los Angeles where he died on October 12, 2017. 

The cause and manner of death of Peyton are yet to be determined.
