UPDATE: Joshua Cummings, who has been missing since October 2019, was located in Huntington Beach. No additional details were provided by the Kern County Sheriff's Office.
The Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in locating a missing man who is at risk due to mental health issues. Joshua Cummings, 38, last spoke to his mother on October 4th and said that he was in Los Angeles.
Cummings is described as a white male standing 5 foot 10 inches and weighing about 200 lbs. He has brown hair and green eyes. He has a Hawaiian Islands tattoo on one arm and a tribal tattoo on the other.
