On November 10, 2016, at about 11:30 pm, a suspect vandalized the door glass to the Superior Court building at 1415 Truxtun Avenue in Bakersfield.

The incident was captured on surveillance video.

The suspect is described as a black man with black hair, wearing a white t-shirt and grey pants.
