BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance in locating an at-risk missing adult.

According to the KCSO, 31-year-old Jassman Marks was last seen in the 6100 block of 20th Street in Bakersfield, CA in the evening hours of July 23, 2020. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’9” tall weighing 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
