The Kern County Sheriff's Office found an explosive device in front of a home on 1121 S. Oleander in Bakersfield. 

The device was flaming when KCSO found it. The device was said to have been turned over to KCFD Arson Unit, however upon calling them we determined they handed the device over to Bakersfield Police Department. 

KCSO did say no one was injured becasue of the device.
