BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — A student at Foothills Oaks Elementary School in Sacramento decided to show her appreciation to Kern County.
Stacey sent a letter about a research project she’s doing on Kern County to local officials, and they sent back a full care package with local goodies.
The Chief Administrative Officer, Ryan Alsop, included a personalized note with an invitation to visit Kern County any time.
