Tonight, Kern County will host the State of the County Dinner and Address, which is also the 19-year anniversary of the event.
The reception begins at 5 p.m., the dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the program commences at 7 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel on Camino Del Rio Court.
The event will discuss current events in Kern County while also reviewing influential events from 2016.
