BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - There will be no school on Monday at Foothill High School because of a water outage.
The Kern High School District sent out a press release Sunday afternoon announcing the closure.
Officials said the KHSD and the East Nile Water District are working together to restore water to Foothill High.
School is expected to resume on Tuesday.
Foothill High School has notified parents and staff via the KHSD “All Call” system regarding Monday’s school closure.
All other KHSD school sites will be open as regularly scheduled on Monday.
