The newest school in the Kern High School District could be getting its name as soon as Monday night. Back in October, the Board of Trustees delayed naming the new school, saying they needed to remove proper individual names from the original list.

The district has since asked for more public input to receive new name suggestions.

According to the board's agenda trustees could approve and adopt a new name for the school at Monday night's meeting, which starts at 7 p.m.
