With temperatures exceeding 100 degrees in Bakersfield, several Kern High School District schools are experiencing air conditioning problems in their classrooms.
There were issues at Bakersfield High School, Centennial High School and South High School.
KHSD spokesperson Lisa Krch says maintenance crews are aware of the issues and are working to fix them. In the meantime, students are being moved to other classrooms when necessary.
