The Kern River Conservancy has launched a river safety mobile app just in time for summer trips to Kernville.

The free app includes safety messages about the Kern River, camping, fishing, and hot springs.

The app is in English and Spanish.

The Kern River Conservancy says they wanted all information regarding visits to Kernville to be easily available in one app.
