Officials with The The Kern High School District hosted a town hall meeting on Friday that discussed safer tackling, featuring Rocky Seto, who is the Assistant Head Coach and Defense Coach for the Seattle Seahawks.
Seto explained the best way for coaches to teach tackling to players.
Seto has been on the cutting edge of safer tackling for several years.. and said that Friday's event would be a great benefit for coaches and players.
Today, Bakersfield College is hosting a free coaching clinic for youth and high school coaches. The event began at 9:00 AM.
