KHSD seeks community feedback about meeting student priorities

Posted

The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF, all school districts are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all students, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified pursuant to EC Section 52060(d).

Before submission of the 2018-2019 LCAP for approval by Kern High School District (KHSD) Board of Trustees, the KHSD is encouraging the public to review the 2018-19 KHSD LCAP Draft and provide valued feedback.

The first draft version of the 2018-19 KHSD LCAP can be viewed online at www.kernhigh.org Several public comment sessions have been scheduled to provide feedback on the 2018-19 KHSD LCAP first draft and answer questions from the school community.
