The family of the two men killed in Lamont last week came face to face with their alleged killer in court Tuesday afternoon.
Darnell Hammond was charged with two counts of first-degree murder. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Since the death of Heriberto and Juan Acevez, the family has reopened the store and is back at work. The family is hoping that the two remaining suspects are caught or turn themselves in.
Hammond is due back in court on October 26th.
