BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to the Kern County coroner 21-year-old Henry Ross Dobbs has been identified as the man killed in a fatal accident on Highway 178 on Saturday.
According to CHP, Dobbs' motorcycle struck a vehicle. Officials say that Dobbs died at the scene.
A postmortem exam determined the cause of death was blunt force head and neck trauma and the manner of death was accident.
