BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department has released very little information into what many people are calling a "shootout" at a large party in the Quailwood neighborhood over the weekend.
Video of the incident sent to 23ABC from a viewer shows some people running away.
More than 60 fired bullet casings from various caliber weapons were found Saturday night on Remington avenue near Quailwood Elementary School. Police say they were found in the front and back yard of a home in the neighborhood.
So far there are no reports of anyone injured. If you have any information on this shooting you are urged to call BPD at 327-7111.
