Eastbound Olive Drive just east of Patton Way is beginning to flood and is down to one lane during rush hour.

Cal Water crews arrived at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday trying to repair the leak.

Water is leaking up through the asphalt in several different locations on the roadway.

At this point, traffic is moving slow but not majorly affected.
