BAKERSFIELD, CA. — The highly anticipated Lightning in a Bottle Music Festival kicks off today at Buena Vista Lake.
Festival officials and CHP are urging festival goers to check their tickets for the correct directions to the venue.
The directions state to take Highway 223 onto Coles Levee Rd and turn right onto Union Rd, which will lead directly into the venue.
Attendees should have tickets and ID ready to go before going through a car-check security.
The festival will take place at Buena Vista Lake from May 8 through May 12.
