BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Here's your chance to gobble up a free turkey at the "Annual Turkey Giveaway" taking place.

On Wednesday, November 20 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. New Arising Destiny Center and Victory Outreach Southwest Bakersfield will be giving away free turkeys to residents. Event organizers said those interested will need I.D. and proof of address.

The giveaway will be held at Victory Outreach Southwest Bakersfield located on New Horizon Boulevard and will feature a special service and more giveaways.
