The Bakersfield Elite Martial Arts and Alliance Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault are hosting a free women's self-defense class on Tuesday.

Damsel in Defense will also be in attendance teaching self-defense techniques at the Alliance Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault offices located at 1921 19th St.
