The teams are set for Super Bowl 50. Arguably the biggest night on TV - means Super Bowl parties. But how will you get home after a few drinks? Ride sharing service Uber says the Super Bowl is just like a holiday.

And Uber says their services do work - a recent study by Temple University showed that in California - cities with Uber have seen a three to five percent decrease in the number of people killed in alcohol related accidents.

After recent incidents where Uber drivers have been under attack -  the company says their drivers know that if a passenger gets out of control or they feel unsafe - they can call the police. Gina Moore says- that has never happened to her or any driver she knows.

On Super Bowl Sunday, Moore plans to work all day and several hours after the game. She says she tells her passengers that the price of the ride is worth it- instead of paying for a DUI.
