Enso sushi bar is set to re-open Thursday after being shut down by the Kern County Health Department.

The health department shut down the restaurant due to a lack of hot water. 

Enso's closure comes within a week of the health department shutting down Mimi's Cafe on California Avenue and Habanero's Mexican grill.

Mimi's has since re-opened and there is currently no time table as to when Habanero's will open. The health department shut down Habanero's after finding rat droppings and roaches at the site.
