Los Tacos Chapos De Tijuana in East Bakersfield has been given the green light to re-open after being closed Tuesday by health inspectors.

Health officials said employees weren’t keeping food at an appropriate temperature, according to the Kern County Health Department.

In an inspection on Monday, inspectors said they found foods between 51 and 58 degrees and a refrigeration unit "temping at 49.5 degrees", according to the report.
