A unique mobile spay and neuter unit will providing low-cost services in Wasco on Monday.

The Spay Neuter Imperative Project California, or SNIP, is a low-cost, mobile spay and neuter unit that has traveled around California.

The 25-foot Love Dogs Mobile Unit be at the Wasco Animal Shelter until 2 p.m. Monday, providing low-cost spay and neuter services.
