RIDGECREST, Calif. — A 4.3 magnitude earthquake shook the ground Sunday night, just 23 miles outside of Ridgecrest.
According to the U.S. geological survey, the earthquake occurred Sunday at 10:53 p.m.
The quake occurred at a depth of 1.2 miles below the earth's surface.
The USGS said in the last 10 days there have been two earthquakes with a magnitude of 3.0 or greater centered nearby.
