BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — At least two people are dead after a hit-and-run crash on northbound Highway 99 near Hosking Avenue.

It happened around 5:46 p.m. Friday, according to CHP Traffic Incident page.

The page is also reporting two NB lanes are blocked.
