Three years ago 15-year-old Raymond Lara received an Eye Gazer system to help him communicate with his family.
On Wednesday, Lara helped four-year-old Sirena Gonzales receive her own device.
The two families met at Rosemary’s Family Creamery downtown where Gonzales received her device, which helps people with disabilities use their eyes to track commands on a screen.
The system costs between $6,500 and $8,000 and was purchased through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
