Kern County Sheriff officials said they are responding to a bomb call out in Arvin.
Police there have arrested a man after finding explosive material inside a home located in the 300 block of South Derby St.
The KCSO bomb squad is assisting with the Arvin Police Department.
KCSO officials say that this is currently an active investigation.
