A man was arrested for inappropriately touching a girl during the Whiskey Flat Days event in Kernville over the weekend.
Jason Cox, 24, was arrested while working at the event, according to KCSO.
Deputies received a report Saturday from a female juvenile about a man she was familiar with trying to inappropriately touch her. She used pepper spray on the man.
The victim reported Cox had previously engaged her in inappropriate conversations and touching.
Cox was arrested for annoying a minor and violation of a court order and is booked on $5,000 bail. He is scheduled for court Wednesday.
