A 22-year-old was arrested Tuesday after Bakersfield police received reports of a Hispanic man annoying children in Southwest Bakersfield.

Police received the complaints on Monday and Tuesday in the 5700 block of Wilson Road near Castle School.

Victor Diaz was arrested and booked on one misdemeanor count of annoying a child and several outstanding misdemeanor warrants for public intoxication.
