26-year-old Anthony Harris was arrested for firearms violations and participation in a criminal street gang on Sunday.

Bakersfield Police say it happened just before midnight at a home on El Alisal Street near Teal Street in east Bakersfield.

Officers found a loaded handgun with an obliterated serial number in the home. 

Harris is being held on $55,000 bail. He'll be in court on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
