Man arrested for suspected sales of meth

The Kern County Sheriff's Office released the following statement:

On Tuesday September 15, 2016, Officers with the California Multi-jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team concluded an investigation into suspected Methamphetamine sales with the service of a search warrant.

Officers served the warrant at an apartment in the 100 block of L Street in central Bakersfield.

During the course of the search officers located approximately two ounces of suspected methamphetamine, items indicative of the sales of Methamphetamine and US Currency.

Arrested at the scene was 22 year old Bakersfield resident Jaime Aguilar.

Aguilar was booked into the Kern County Central Receiving Facility Jail for being in possession of Methamphetamine for sales and maintaining a residence for the sales of a controlled substance.
