According to a Facebook post from the Delano Police department, Officer R. Silva conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle drive by Cipriano Torres Carbajal on November 25.
According to court records, Carbajal had an outstanding felony warrant from Tulare County. A search of Carbajal found 21 grams of a white powder that Carbajal identified as "meth." A loaded .22 caliber rifle was also located in the vehicle.
Carbajal was arrested on felony gun and drug charges, according to officials.
