A man taken into custody after a standoff with SWAT authorities in Mojave in June took a plea deal Thursday.
Roger Allen Tils pled no contest to assault with a firearm on a person and resisting arrest. The charges of assault on a person with force and damage/destruction of a wireless communication device were dropped.
His sentencing is set for September 29.
