One man in Porterville is behind bars after being found with a loaded gun while under the influence.
It all happened Saturday morning on North Lombardi Street.
39-year-old David Valadez was found with the weapon, and after further investigation authorities were able to link him to another crime.
Valadez reportedly fired that same gun out of a home in the area, with a child present.
He is currently being held on $100,000 bail.
