One man has been arrested in Central Bakersfield after officers found him with a short barreled shotgun.

The Bakersfield Police Department executed a search warrant on K Street around 6:30 p.m. Monday evening. That's when they found the shotgun.

20-year-old Jose Romero was arrested and now faces gun and gang related charges.
