A man was convicted for the death of Jack Perrigo Tuesday.
Eloy Quezada Rubalcaba was convicted of first degree murder.
On May 17, 2016, Perrigo’s roommate discovered the Perrigo’s body in their Oildale apartment after returning home from church.
The victim had been killed by ligature strangulation.
Through investigation, it was found that Rubalcaba was the sole suspect.
He faces a possible sentence of 25 years to life. He will be sentenced June 14, 2017.
