Police are investigating after a man was found dead in the driveway of the Tower Motel on Sunday.

Officials say they responded to the scene just after 1:00 p.m. and found the victim suffering from major injuries. He died at the scene.

The suspect reportedly hit the victim with a car and fled the scene. However, as police were investigating the scene, the suspect returned and turned himself in to police.

Police say that an altercation between the two men may have preceded the incident.
