A Bakersfield man will face up to 40 years in prison after he was found guilty of receiving and possessing child pornography.
A jury found Colin Lovette Bosby guilty on Thursday on one count of receiving and two counts of possessing child pornography.
Evidence states Bosby, 50, received child porn through a peer-to-peer file-sharing program and possessed it on thumb drives.
Bosby faces a minimum of 15 years in prison because he has prior sex offenses.
He will be sentenced on October 25 and faces a maximum of 40 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
