A man arrested for killing his 4-month-old son in April 2015 was found guilty on all counts Monday.

Stepfon Jones was found guilty of second degree murder, assault on a child under 8, and willful cruelty to a child.

The incident happened on April 25, 2015 near California Avenue and F Street. Police were called to the scene for a baby not breathing and found trauma to the child's body.

In the early morning hours, the baby was crying and wanted to be held. Jones grabbed the infant from his swing, shook the baby, and continued to hurt him, according to the DA's Office.

Jones was 20 at the time of the incident. He will be sentenced June 13.
