25-year-old Rudolph Gibson was arrested and booked Wednesday afternoon after being on the run for nearly a year. According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office, he is one of the men responsible for the murder of Michael Dorrough.
Dorrough was shot and killed last fourth of July at the at the Mars Collective on Union Avenue. Gibson is facing multiple charges including first degree murder.
Troy Sanders, the other suspect connected to that deadly shooting was arrested less than a month after the shooting. He's already been charged and is in the middle of his jury trial.
Gibson is being held without bail and is scheduled to be in court tomorrow morning.
