BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A man convicted in a home invasion robbery is scheduled to be sentenced this morning.
Luis Davila attacked a woman at her home on Highland Knolls Drive on February 4th in 2016.
He was arrested later that month on the 17th.
Davila was charged with burglary, robbery and elder abuse.
