BPD is asking for information after a man was shot in Southeast Bakersfield last night.

On September 18 around 7:30 p.m., BPD received a call about gunshots around the the 3300 block of Shellmacher Ave. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gun shot wounds in the 1100 block of E. Planz Rd. He was taken to the hospital and treated for minor to moderate injuries.
