The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting in east Bakersfield that happened on Saturday night.

Just after 10:15 p.m. KCSO says a 38-year-old man was shot multiple times in the back and drove himself to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

KCSO says they have no suspect information at this time and anyone with information is urged to call 861-3110.
