Man stabbed in arm, neck in East Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A man was stabbed in the arm and neck overnight in East Bakersfield.

According to BPD, the stabbing happened around 12:06 a.m. on Monterey Street near Owens Street in East Bakersfield. BPD says when officers arrived on-scene, they found a man suffering from stab wounds to the arm and neck. He was transported to a hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

According to BPD, the suspect is a Hispanic man in his twenties about 5 ft. 9 inches tall. BPD says the suspect rode away on a bicycle.
