On October 5, 2017 Megan Stewart and her son were having lunch at Rubio's around 1:53 p.m. The woman was able to get phone video as the man hopped into a vehicle and took off with her purse. 

According to Bakersfield Police Department officers it was not a forceful snatch. All the video officers have so far is what the woman got on her phone, however, they are hoping to get more ootage from surrounding businesses.
