MCFARLAND, Calif. — A man has died after suffering multiple gunshot wounds in McFarland Friday evening.
McFarland police received a call for shots 'heard' just before 7 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the area of Robertson Ave., between 4th and 5th Streets and located an adult man.
According to McFarland Police, the victim was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say there is no suspect information at this time, but a dark-colored vehicle was seen leaving the scene.
McFarland Police Corporal Charles Hankins did inform 23 News that this shooting is "not related" to the triple homicide that occurred simultaneously in Lamont.
