BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help finding a man who they say is wanted for sexual assault of a child.
Jose Isaias Ramos, 34, is described as Hispanic, 5'6", 160 lbs with short black hair and brown eyes.
