BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A man's body was located at Jastro Park Saturday evening, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.

BPD units responded to the scene shortly before 10 p.m., to investigate.

According to BPD, the man was located in the picnic area unresponsive and was later pronounced deceased on scene by medical responders.
